Dear Patrons,

the idea that Nancy has a male assistant isn't actually new. Even before I started the first Nancy comic, I was already trying out different versions of him. This was one of the first takes on him and is by no means final. As with many of my drawings, I just left this half-finished comic page to rott on my hard drive for years. But since I always liked the the intimacy between Violet and the boy here, it just needed to be finished.
