Since you're in a 10+ tier you get also the High Definition variant of the pages. These don't play inside dropbox. You need to download them on your phone, tablet or computer (You can single download them or just let dropbox zip it for you with the big download button. I use IrfanView to view them on PC, but your windows 10 photo app, gallery app on your phone or tablet should just play the gifs as well.).
