Should I post exclusive content on Patreon first and then release it publicly after maybe a few weeks later?

For example, that Ryuko animation. It's been about 3 weeks for now. So, should I post it on tumblr now?

I think making a vote about this problem is the more democratic solution than just decide it myself. So, please let me know your opinion :)
