I'm working on our first winner of the waifu league, Hex this week so I wanted to get in the motion of doing these a lot more regularly

There will be no repeat poll characters back to back, but I'm open to picking some in later polls. I just want to get a bit more variety in the polls. No winners will be reselected for the leagues until after the end of year special waifu league
