firstly, i apologize for the no-reward month of January, i felt like i have to skip the month due to unforeseen event such as internet service provider destroying our service for 2 week at end, i had tried but nothing happened until now. as an apology, i had combined both January and February reward instead since it was too late and there's no tier restriction.
