This was a character that WOULD have appeared back in the more regular Ctenophorae days. As many of you know, the death of tumblr coupled with various business changes meant that Ctenophorae as a regular weekly update wasn’t really feasible anymore.

I guess it would be now? But I’d have to sacrifice one of the tiers to fit the schedule. And each update would have to be kinda spicy to warrant it so... yeah... not that I don’t still love my OCs. I had planned to push harder this year so I could move merch of them this summer and fall but it became apparent in late winter that the world was going to blighted and there wouldn’t be any cons.

ANYWAY... OC here was meant to be the power source for Anu’s lab and science. Big magic reactor thing and a biological form to vent it. Or something dumb like that. But you get to see some of the proposed idea here. A lot of her little ideas eventually made their way into other OCs, so she lives on in some way. I would love a regular Jiangshi OC. Maybe with some more fine tuning than this, but I already have more regular OCs than I can reliably draw...
